The main die-cutting and indentation equipment includes trademark die-cutting machines, flat vertical die-cutting and indentation machines, flat horizontal automatic die-cutting and indentation machines, and fully automatic production lines that combine printing and die-cutting and indentation.
The printing plate and printing mechanism of the vertical die-cutting and indentation machine are both flat, and the printed material is subjected to a lot of pressure. To improve production efficiency, die-cutting indentation and concave convex indentation can be arranged to be carried out simultaneously on a printing plate in the morning. The die-cutting indentation mechanism and printing machine (gravure printing machine or offset printing machine) form a vivid production line.
The production line generally consists of four parts, namely the feeding part, printing part, molding part, and delivery part. The molding part is to process the printed product according to the requirements and eliminate the corner waste generated after die-cutting and indentation. The composition and principle of this part are basically the same as the die-cutting and indentation part of the horizontal die-cutting and indentation machine.
