WT1080RD-H vertical automatic stamping machine is designed for meet the domestic of foreign customers hot stamping, embossing,indentation process.Optimized structural design that integrates the characteristics of various hot stamping machines,having the advantages of high-speed and high-precision high-end machines,at the same time, it solves the fatal defects of traditional hot stamping electromechanical aluminum lines,such as long length and difficult winding operation.

WT1080RD-H is composed of four parts:main motor ,auto feeder structure and hot foil stamping structure electric equip.
The working process of the main engine is driven by the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism for the reciprocating motion and the pressure adjusting mechanism with the completion.In the host,the installation of hot stamping mechanism and connect with the automatic paper feeding mechanism,you can perform automatic feeding/hot stamping-peel-the collection of the work cycle.
Electric control box uses advanced PLC control system,the main components provided by the famous foreign companies, including stamping foil action by four groups of servo motor control.

MAIN FEATURES

● The electrified aluminum mechanism consists of two vertical groups and one horizontal group.
● Each group of electrified aluminum mechanism is achieve stable and reliable by driven a servo motor to operate double roller.
● The paper feeder adopts the Feida conveying method,which is easy to adjust and stable for conveying.
● Adjust the pressure adopts servo motor driven,it can be adjusted on the touch screen and it can fun-tune,it also can adjust without stopping the machine.
● Lubrication adopts oil pump,the oil can be,recycled filter and use.
● The main motor is controlled by an AC frequency converter,starting and braking adopts pneumatic clutch device,so that the machine can be operated in any case freely.and more secure.
